MobiLoc for the iPhone will interfere with the normal operation of the iPhone, once the iPhone is in motion.  Once downloaded and installed, the app will register the device with the MobiLoc servers.  In this registration process the software is activated and a set of rules is downloaded to the phone. 

Once active, the phone will start getting alerts to block the normal operation of the iPhone until the phone is at rest.  If you have purchased the paid version, you will receive a button on the app to disable the app if you are a passenger.  This button requires certain information to be entered and if done so properly, the phone will unlock for 15 minutes of normal operation.
